Production accountants have mentioned that creating network connections one by one can be cumbersome. We created a way for the user to multi-select assets and then choose whether they want to connect to a point downstream or upstream & finally choose the point to connect to. This reduces the number of clicks for the users significantly.
While uploading, customers have expressed the desire to be able to see descriptions for attributes in the upload templates for Assets. This allows customers to have a good idea of what key considerations to make when creating their upload files and allows them upload more accurately.
Customers can now use the producing method set at a well asset level to filter which reading view format they want to see on the app for that particular producing method. What this means is that the customer can now create different views for different producing method as an example cusromer can now have a reading view based on ESP & create another reading view based on the same base reading type for Rod Pump. This helps minimize any confusion for the field user who is entering the data or seeing SCADA data come through.
We have heard from the Production Accountants that they would require the ability to generate regulatory reports for the states of North Dakota and Utah and so we built two North Dakota and three Utah reports. This will allow them to directly generate and publish regulatory reports from within JOYN O&G Production without the need to extract the relevant data and create them manually.
North Dakota Form 5 and 5b are Oil and Gas Production report respectively. Electronic filing of both reports can be done at the same time. This report can be downloaded as xml format for the selected month.
North Dakota Form 17 is Enhanced Recovery Report containing details of Injection wells apart from Salt Water Disposal wells. This report can be downloaded as xml file for the selected month.
Utah Form 10 contains Production records and Form 11 contains Disposition records. These reports can be downloaded as a single excel file with different tabs for Form 10 and 11.
Utah UIC Form 2 is Enhanced Recovery Injection wells report. Monthly operator has to report the Injection wells excluding the Salt Water Disposal wells in this report. Form 2 can be downloaded as excel file with ‘General and Injected Volumes’ and ‘Monthly Injection’ tabs.
UIC Form 3 is Injection report for Salt Water Disposal wells as monthly report. Form 3 can be downloaded as excel file with ‘General and Injected Volumes’ and ‘Daily Injection’ tabs.
Dashboards or Reports available in the environment can be subscribed to multiple users with or without charts. Subscribed components will be sent to the email address as an excel attachment. Subscriptions can be created in a daily/weekly/monthly schedule patterns and with various schedule ranges. All the subscriptions created by the user will be listed in the ‘Manage Subscription’ page. Also, users can do instant run of the subscription created using ‘Run Now’ option.
